لقد أدى تمادي الأنظمة الغربية في عدوانيتها إلى تفاقم المشهد الدولي بشكل لا لبس فيه، مما أدى إلى عواقب وخيمة. إن إطلاق روسيا أول صاروخ باليستي دقيق لا يمكن مقاومته على دنيبرو في أوكرانيا، ردًا على الصواريخ الأمريكية (آتاسمز) التي زودت بها الولايات المتحدة أوكرانيا، يؤكد على تصاعد التوتر والأثر المدمر لمثل هذه الأعمال. إن هذه الخطوة لا تزيد من خطر اندلاع المزيد من المواجهات العسكرية فحسب، بل تعرض مفاوضات السلام الهشة التي تم التوصل إليها بشق الأنفس للخطر. وكما قلنا من قبل، فإن الغرب يطلق النار على قدميه.

فـ الحسابات الاستراتيجية للقوى الغربية قد أخطأت في حساباتها بشكل كبير، مما أدى إلى رد فعل عنيف من روسيا. لم يفشل نشر الصواريخ الأمريكية المتطورة من طراز (آتاسمز) في أوكرانيا في ردع العدوان الروسي فحسب، بل أدى بدلاً من ذلك إلى رد فعل متناسب وقوي. يسلط هذا التصعيد الضوء على الحاجة الماسة إلى اتباع نهج أكثر اتزانًا ودبلوماسية لحل النزاع، بدلًا من الاعتماد على العتاد العسكري. وإلا فإن روسيا قد تسيطر على أوروبا، كما كتبنا قبل أيام، لأنها منهكة اقتصاديًا وفي حالة ركود.

تمثل التطورات الأخيرة التي حققتها إيران في تكنولوجيا الطرد المركزي، وتحديداً تطوير جيل جديد من أجهزة الطرد المركزي، بمثابة إجراء مضاد مباشر للضغوط الغربية التي تمارسها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية. هذه التطورات لا تعزز قدرات إيران على تخصيب اليورانيوم فحسب، بل تشير أيضًا إلى موقف التحدي ضد فرض الضوابط الخارجية. ويؤكد هذا التطور على عدم جدوى العقوبات والإكراه كأدوات لتحقيق الامتثال، في الوقت الذي تواصل فيه إيران تجاوز حدود برنامجها النووي. وهنا نتذكر لقاء وزير الخارجية الإيراني السيد/ عباس عراقجي على قناة الميادين أمس الخميس 21/11/2024، حيث نوه أن أي تحامل غربي على إيران في الوكالة سيواجه برد فعل المناسب في وقته.

ويقف التحالف المالي بين روسيا وإيران شاهدًا على مرونة هاتين الدولتين في مواجهة العقوبات الغربية. ولا تعزز هذه الشراكة الاستراتيجية مواقفهما الاقتصادية فحسب، بل تخلق أيضًا ثقلًا موازنًا هائلًا في مواجهة الإجراءات العقابية التي يفرضها الغرب. ومن خلال الالتفاف على هذه العقوبات، تُظهر روسيا وإيران قدرتهما على صياغة مسارات اقتصادية بديلة، متحدّيتين بذلك فعالية السياسات الاقتصادية الغربية ومقوّضتين النفوذ الذي تسعى الدولتان إلى ممارسته. مع الأخذ في الاعتبار أن كلًا منهما من أكبر موردي النفط والغاز للعالم، وقد يستخدمانه لمعاقبة الغرب، والدليل المثير للقلق في هذا الصدد هو ألمانيا ”أكبر اقتصاد في أوروبا“.

إن عواقب تصرفات الأنظمة الغربية بعيدة المدى، فهي لا تؤثر على الأطراف المعنية المباشرة فحسب، بل على المجتمع الدولي الأوسع نطاقاً. إن زعزعة الاستقرار في أوكرانيا والشرق الأوسط لها آثار عالمية، بما في ذلك احتمال زيادة أزمات اللاجئين والاضطرابات الاقتصادية وتصاعد التوترات الجيوسياسية. ومن الضروري للقوى الغربية إعادة تقييم استراتيجياتها واعتماد نهج أكثر دقة وتعاوناً في العلاقات الدولية.

Russia’s retaliatory launch of its first precise irresistible ballistic missile on Dnipro, Ukraine, in response to the US-ATACMS missiles provided to Ukraine, underscores the escalating tensions and the devastating impact of such actions. This move not only heightens the risk of further military confrontation but also jeopardizes the fragile peace negotiations that have been painstakingly established. As we said before, the West is shooting itself in the foot.
The strategic calculus of the Western powers has been severely miscalculated, resulting in a severe backlash from Russia. The deployment of advanced US-ATACMS missiles to Ukraine has not only failed to deter Russian aggression but has instead provoked a proportional and forceful response. Here, we recall the interview of Iranian Foreign Minister Mr. Abbas Araqchi on Al-Mayadeen TV yesterday, Thursday, 11/21/2024, where he noted that any Western prejudice against Iran at the International Atomic Energy Agency will be met with a timely and appropriate response.
